How to get rid of a puffy face

Excess; We are all guilty of it, but I sometimes am more than others. After months of eating bad foods and drinking too many cocktails, I noticed a big change in my face and how I felt. My knees hurt, my neck hurt and I was puffy all over. I knew I had to do something about it. The crazy thing is- it was not a mystery as to why I looked and felt bad. I KNEW it was because of my bad diet, yet I continued to eat and drink to excess.

Why do we self- sabotage when we know better? Because it tastes so good? Because the alcohol feels good (at the moment)?

I knew I had to do something about it so I partook in a 3-day facial and body diet this past week and am very happy with the results.

For 3 days I ate a lot of salmon, salads, cantaloupe, and blueberries, and drank a lot of water. It restrictive, but you can do anything for three days., and I knew I would benefit from it, so I stuck with it.
