Last week, in my video I talked about making a major change in my diet. This is a recipe that I have been eating for the last (nearly) 30 days, and it is so delicious!
This Friday, March 6th- I am going to share the great (and not so great) beauty products that I found last month, and on March 13th, I will share with you what type of radical dietary changes I made, and my results so far.
Meanwhile, here is how I put together this sweet & spicy medley;
2 Ripe Mangos cubed
1 Fresh Pineapple cubed
1 Cup Raspberries
1 Cup Blueberries
1 Medium Red Onion chopped fine
2 TBS Fresh Ginger chopped fine
1 Bunch of Cilantro (about 1/2 cup chopped)
1/2 Cup Fresh Mint
Mix together the above ingredients and keep in the refrigerator for a quick and healthy bite to eat.
I find that having delicious, good for you dishes like this in my refrigerator helps me make better choices.
